Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If you need to request a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when received

  • Original tags and packaging are included

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is available

To begin a return, contact us at support@reusresearch.store. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate solution.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend processing a return first. Once the return is confirmed, you may place a new order for the desired item.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
