Cancellation policy
1. Subscriptions
Some products may be available as part of a recurring subscription. By choosing a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal, unless you’ve chosen to pay upfront.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription directly from your order confirmation email or through your account dashboard.

2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or coming soon.

In some cases, you may be charged a deposit or no charge at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored, and you will be charged the full or remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pending or unfulfilled pre-order at any time.

If your pre-order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you can still request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
Certain items may be eligible for a trial period.

When you place a try-before-you-buy order, your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) at checkout.

You’ll have a set evaluation period (clearly stated at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
