Customs & Import Fees

Please be aware that Research Labs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at Support@reusresearch.store. We’ll assist in locating your order and, if needed, follow up with the carrier on your behalf.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address submissions.


7. Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
